Hi there, and welcome to the new-look Way of Life website.

The BIG Lottery Fund awarded grants to 14 projects in Wales as part of the Healthy Families Initiative. The programme will test new ways of promoting healthy eating and physical activity among children under 12 years old and their families.

BIG appointed Hall Aitken to provide support for the programme. you can find out more about us by clicking here.

On this website you will find the latest news on the programme and information on healthy living; from government legislation to funruns at your local park.

The site also includes a forum for projects to discuss issues and also an online calendar for you to list any events that you have coming up. If you want us to feature an article on something you are doing please send us an e-mail with some brief details and we will be in touch.

The site also includes a range of support documents, which we will be adding to as the programme progresses. If there is something you want added, just let us know.
