Fresh Beginnings is a Healthy Places project run by Valleys Kids.

The aim of the project is to give children and their families opportunities through a variety of activities to increase awareness to the benefits of healthy eating and physical activities.  Valleys Kids intends to offer play sessions and healthy living festivals for the community, bringing together healthy food ideas and different activities to get the family active in our 4 centers based in RCT and in outreach areas with our mobile play teams.
