Last month we introduced our new Website of the Month feature and we quite liked it – hopefully you did too. So, as is customary with monthly features we are going to do another one this month. We have scoured the length and breadth of the interweb and this month’s Website of the Month is… Nourish Interactive is packed full of great things to see and do, and like last month’s website is split into three sections – kids, parents and this time a teachers section. The children’s section of the site is packed with loads of interactive games teaching kids the values of healthy living, and information on nutrition and tips on healthy eating. The parents’ area includes all sorts of information on keeping you and your children healthy, including articles and blogs on health and nutrition. There is also a great meal planner tool which lets you choose interesting and healthy combinations for mealtimes. Finally, the educators’ section has loads of fun interactive activities to do with children. There are nutrition lesson plans, worksheets and even handouts for parents and classroom activities. There are lots more interesting things to do and it will easily take you until next month to get through it all. So, until then, enjoy Nourish Interactive and make sure you come back next month.
