We're sure you're getting the hang of this whole Website of the Month thing by now. But for those of you who are new here, it's pretty self-explanatory. Each month we bring you a great new website packed full of fun and interesting things designed to promote healthy living in children and families.

So without further ado, this month's Website of the Month is...

Kidnetic.com

Kidnetic.com has all you need to get children interested in healthy living. It has loads of info on healthy eating with tons of recipes that children can help make and will love eating. Fancy tucking into some Scrumptious Cinnamon Toast or a Rockin' Red Potato Salad? Well there's all that and much more. There's even a section entitled 'Gross Out Delights' which features culinary marvels such as Edible Apple Lips and Brewed Monkey Brain Stew. We think it sounds awful too, but kids will no doubt love it.

Then there is a host of fun activities such as scavenger hunts and fitness challenges to get kids active. Once you've completed an activity you can then challenge your friends to join in and see how they do too. There is also a 'Learn' section of the website that has a variety of interesting articles about how to keep healthy that will, no doubt, teach both parents and children a few new things. There's also something called a Kidnector – although, to be honest, we're not really sure what this does! Something technical involving email we think!
